My name is Volodymyr, I am 22 years old and I live in Chuhuiv. It's a small town of 30,000 people near Kharkiv, known for its historical landmarks and picturesque views over the Siverskyi Donets River. The famous artist Ilya Repin was born here, and I take great pride in that.
I study Computer Science. I have always been fascinated by everything related to computer technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI). AI became a trend in 2023 and continues to gain popularity in 2024. However, many people still do not understand how to use these technologies effectively in their work and studies, which could significantly increase their productivity and competitiveness.
When I learned about the UPSHIFT program by UNICEF, I came up with the idea: to help people understand how to use AI to enhance the efficiency of their work and studies. I offered university students to join me in this project, and we formed a team called "Innovators." We decided to create a mini-project with several stages and implement them gradually.
The first stage was a Telegram channel called "AInside." Here, we share news, interesting cases, and useful information about AI. Our channel quickly gained popularity among students and beyond.
One of the most exciting parts of our project became the educational course in the form of a Telegram bot called "AInside Learning Bot." This bot helps students, especially those not studying IT, to understand the basics of AI and prompt engineering techniques through interactive modules. The bot became a real hit and now helps many to improve their knowledge and skills.
But we didn't stop there. We organized training sessions to share knowledge about the impact of AI on future professions. It was incredibly inspiring to see people interested in AI and eager to learn how to use it in their work and studies.
It was very interesting to observe how training participants were curious about the possibilities of using AI in their own businesses. They asked about AI applications in medicine, whether it is safe to trust AI's responses, and how to handle private data.
Our "Innovators" project is becoming increasingly influential and significant. We see how our efforts are changing people's lives and helping them become more efficient and competitive.
